Yoomba beta is live (& we have a new blog)

Well, we've come a long way - to bring you Yoomba! After countless hours of development by Yoomba's amazingly dedicated team - the world's first (and only) open communications experience - is live!

Yoomba is pioneering a new concept - email calling and email chat. You simply call or chat with email addresses (ANY email!) from inside the email application you are using. You have to try it to believe it... Use your regular email, ANY email, to talk to ALL your friends - in one open network (instead of the "old" 7! closed networks... Yahoo, Hotmail etc. etc. etc).

We are currently in "invitation only beta", so to try Yoomba - you have to be invited by a friend...

The world of personal communication is changing - and Yoomba is positioned to lead this change.
We want to thank our amazing team, and everyone who has contributed along the way. And of course all the users who have and still are helping us , in our beta, to make Yoomba the best it can be!

One open communications experience - this is what it's all about. Calling all emails!™

Yoomba - Now you're talking...

Yoomba fails and produces an error upon reboot under Windows Vista systems.

Very nice to see all the mails on one window and at the same time you can chat and additionally you can call also. My problem is whether it can be used in Linux O S also. Greatful if any one can suggest me.

Why does Yoomba only give two rings? That is not long enough for people to stop what they are doing and answer you. Maureen
